Delete Blank Pages?

Using Infix 1.100, I have deleted all text from a page. Now I have a blank page in the middle of my document. How do I delete this blank page?

Infix version 1 is not able to delete pages. For this you would need version 2 or 3. You can upgrade to version 3 for $59 from our web site.
