On October 11th, 2007 I purchased a copy of your program for my company. We have recently upgraded our computers and unfortunately I did not move the program to the new computer. I have downloaded the program again but do not have my keycode. If possible could I get another keycode to get into my program. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

- Company name
- Date of purchase
- Email address of purchaser
- Name of purchaser
It is often sufficient to have only one or two of these details to be able to find the purchase record.
We maintain a permanent record of all on-line purchases from us dating from the launch of Infix version 1 to the present day.
