Fixes for 3.10
* Fixed problem that could cause recently used font to be omitted from top of font menu.
* Fixed text selection issue which could occur when changing the order or inserting new pages
* Fixed spell-check issue which meant fill/stroke colours could be incorrectly set on corrected words.
* Fixed minor text indent problem when altering strikethrough / underline decorations.
* User is now requested to choose document language for H&J when they initially run Infix. Request is only made one.
* Fixed problem when saving recovered 'AutoSave' files which meant that fonts may have been removed if no further edits had been made.
* Pay & Save dialogue message box now appears in middle of Infix window, not middle of screen.
* Fixed problem editing some rotated text on rotated pages.
* Fixed problem with decorated text (underline/strikethrough) on rotated pages
* A crop-box is only added when using 'Place Page' if the placed page contains objects beyond its visible area
* Improved handling of documents with very long file names
