* Fixed saving issue which resulted in "Object not found" errors when saving edited PDFs

We missed the change history for 3.12 so here it is now (better late than never!)

Fixes for 3.12
* improved place PDF when placing onto a rotated page.
* improved Place PDF to better reflect the bounding box of the artwork
* fixed bug related to un-embedded fonts and accented characters (specifically ü)
* display information about version of infix last used to save a document in the Change Log dialogue
* changed watermarking behavior - if a document has no security, infix adds a new interactive watermark stamp and secures the document to stop any further edits until the watermark is removed. Editing a watermarked document in another application could render the watermark permanent so this change means this should never be possible.
* Fixed problem resizing rotated text boxes
* Fixed image mask issue where polarity of mask was inverted after saving the PDF.
* Fixed character palette issue when a different character could be inserted into the pdf than that selected.
* Fixed problem which meant editing text in placed pages could be difficult.
* New Document dlg could show incorrect value for Width/Height when first used.
* infix will now remove infix pro watermarks during editing but will re-apply then when saving.

* fixed issue reading PDFs with certain kinds of compress xref objects
* fixed problem with character widths of unusual characters inserted using Character Palette.

* Non-embedded true type CID fonts were not being loaded off disc if they existed.
* Better handling of text that is a clipping path
* improved behaviour when printing a document with watermarks
* removed facility of infix to resume with a maximised main window if it was maximised when it was last shut down.
