My computer recently crashed and I had to re-install the OS, but I am unable to re-download and use infix. Please advise on how to obtain this program I had already paid for?
You need to re-install the correct version of Infix - all prior versions can be downloaded from http://www.iceni.com/support.htm
The latest version can be obtained by downloading the demo version from: http://www.iceni.com/infix3_download.htm
Once downloaded and installed, simply re-activate using your existing keycode. If you don't know your keycode please contact sales@iceni.com with any details you can recall about your purchase and we will try to find your record.
