After online purchase you should receive your activation key within 2 or 3 minutes.
If you do not, it is probably down to one of the following:
- Your purchase didn't go through
Perhaps your credit card has been declined or a required piece of information was missing or incorrect. In any case the commerce provider should have sent you an email explaining the problem. - Your keycode email has been automatically discarded by your email package (thinking it was spam)
- Your keycode email went to the wrong email address
